Jaja, sir, spanać, crvena paprika, praziluk, fanatastična kombinacija ukusa. Postoji mnogo načina pripreme ovih mafina, jer je svaka nova namirnica nova jutarnja priča. Nadam se da će vam se svideti isto kao i meni. Dozvolite da vas vaša mašta vodi.

Sastojci:
- 4 belanca
- 1 žumance
- 70g tvrdog sira
- 1 praziluk
- 30g spanaća
- ½ crvene paprike
- So
- 100g palente
- Malo sode bikarbone ili praška za pecivo
količina: 6 mafina
vreme pripreme: 35min
Priprema:
- Zagrejte rernu na 200C stepeni.
- U velikoj činiji razmutite 4 belanca i jedno žumance. Dodajte palentu, so, sodu bikarbonu i sve zajedno umutite.
- Dodajte iseckan spanać, papriku, praziluk, ubacite izmrvljen sir u smesu i sve sjedinite.
- Sipajte smesu u modle za mafine, ubacite u rernu i pecite 20-25 minuta dok ne dobije zlatno žutu boju.
- Kada su mafini gotovi, ostavite ih da se ohlade 10-ak minuta, ako uspete da se suzdržite! Uživajte u doručku!
